The aim of spiritual learning is to achieve peace and happiness. Can there be a sense of false satisfaction of going through spiritual texts or are we really applying the true knowledge and creating a change in ourselves? How do we measure our spiritual growth and progress? Usually we hang our happiness on achievements in the physical/mental or spiritual realm. Spiritual growth = Happiness
We are seekers on the spiritual path. Before going forward, we need to know where we are and our starting point. We identify the level of consciousness where we function from. Knowing our exact bearings in the spiritual realm tells us more about our present beliefs and paradigms.We also know the different levels of functioning that are attainable if one starts on this journey.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Lets focus on our spiritual journey and in doing so, our spiritual learnings and achievements are as important as our physical possessions. How does one go about in learning the spiritual lessons? How does one apply those lessons in real life? Learn how to maintain a spiritual journal to track one's progress.
We always look at outside sources of friends, teachers and gurus for directions towards for our spiritual well-being. However there is an inner wisdom which knows everything. So, turning our attention towards this inner guidance will be more fruitful. Ways and means of accessing this inner wisdom will be discussed in this workshop.
Happiness = Spiritual growth
Is it possible to change your state from despair to happy in no time at all? Yes!! We describe a number of time-tested methods to do this. After this training session, you will never feel depressed for any length of time and be back on your joyful state immediately. Life then becomes a thing to look forward to and not something to be endured.
Whenever there is a conflict of viewpoints we think the smart thing to do is to step to one side in order to preserve the peace. However, is that the correct way to be? Is being indifferent and walking away from conflict a smart way to function? We discuss the fallacies of this belief in this session. We provide a new way to approach those ‘painful’ situations where the veil of illusion is lifted. We then see a whole new reality which makes our lives more vibrant and richer.
We describe the four stages of happiness in this session. Most of us are familiar with only the first stage. In-depth understanding of the phenomenon of happiness leads to realizing newer possibilities. This program will transform and deepen one's experience of happiness altogether.
